Internal Audits

Internal Audits Module, which is designed to help you schedule and complete your own internal audits to the required Ngà paerewa Health and Disability Services Standard to ensure compliance. This aims to help you know exactly how your site is performing and what areas you need to improve throughout the year.

Corrective Actions

the second crucial component of the Internal Audits tool which is the corrective actions log. This log is populated automatically through the completion of each Internal Audit and then listed chronologically as a task for completion. Colour coded for Closed or Open as well for easy visual reference.

 

Benchmarking

Integrated into our software is automated benchmarking against all other HCSL clients using non-identifiable data to compare how your site and residents are tracking, compared to other New Zealand facilities. With this information, you can take a more targeted approach to making improvements in your business

Adverse Event Analysis
