Document control
Document control is managed by HCSL From the creation, review, modification, issuance, distribution and accessibility of the Policy and Procedure documents to ensure accuracy and consistency. These controls define the way the entire lifecycle of each document is managed.
Archiving
View all of your facilities notes at the start of each shift, at a glance. We provide a real-time list of all notes taken across the facility, they can then be sorted by date, time, contact, resident, flagged for the R.N and a comprehensive keyword search field.
Evidence Based
Record details that document a client’s status, notes are a tool for reflecting on a client’s movement towards their goals, as identified in their care plan. They also represent a record of events on each shift or visit, and act as a communication tool for staff and families.
Document Access Auditing
